Statistics of U.S.A Silk Goods Trade – January 2025

According to the U.S. Department of Commerce, in January 2025, the total foreign trade volume of U.S. silk goods amounted to USD 534 million, reflecting a 9.57% year-on-year increase. Of this, exports totaled USD 45.47 million, representing a 26.05% decline year-on-year, while imports stood at USD 488 million, marking a 14.72% year-on-year increase (see the attached tables for details).
