Brief of U.S.A Silk Product Trade Statistics – January to February 2025

In the previous article, we learned about Italy’s silk commodity trade data in January 2025. Friends who are interested can click on the Italian data to learn more. Today we will focus on analyzing the US silk commodity trade data from January to February 2025.
According to the U.S. Department of Commerce statistics, the U.S. silk product trade in January-February 2025 amounted to 1.046 billion USD, a decrease of 0.08% year-on-year. Among this, exports were 93.51 million USD, a decrease of 27.62%, and imports were 923 million USD, an increase of 4.60% (see the attached tables).
