In the first quarter of 2025, China’s exports of all silk products decreased by 6.02% year-on-year. Compared with last year, the performance of the three major product categories reversed. (1) Export Markets of China’s Raw Silk and Yarn
In the first quarter, among China’s top five raw silk export markets, only India showed a decline. Exports to Vietnam and Pakistan increased significantly. (See Table 3)
